The REAL BLUE NC 3 is the extensively improved new edition of our bestseller, the REAL BLUE NC – featuring better ANC, longer battery life, the signature Teufel bass, and the innovative Conversation Mode. The adaptive, hybrid Active Noise Cancelling has been further optimized in Berlin and is among the best in its price class. A special feature: while other ANC headphones distort the sound at extreme settings, the REAL BLUE NC 3 remains largely neutral. The noise reduction automatically adjusts to your environment and reaches up to 40 dB – with very low self-noise and efficient power consumption.

The large 40-mm linear HD drivers with a ventilated rear chamber (unique in this price class) deliver precise sound reproduction and extreme deep bass – suitable for High Resolution Audio. An acoustic tuning plate levels the frequency response, while the aluminum voice coil ensures high volume levels with high impulse fidelity and low distortion.

Conversation Mode: Activate transparency mode at the touch of a button – external sound is amplified via the built-in microphones. Conversation Mode also automatically lowers your music volume. This way, you are ready to talk with just one press of a button.

Telephony with Dynamore® Call: Technology developed in Berlin makes your voice sound clear even in loud or windy environments. An ENC directional microphone eliminates ambient noise, while your own voice is softly fed back through the headphones – including a mute function.

1. Intended use
The REAL BLUE NC 3 is an over-ear Bluetooth headphone for the playback of audio signals transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth from an external player. It is intended exclusively for private use. Any other use or use beyond that described is considered improper and may lead to damage to the product or personal injury. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use.

Warning: Before using the headphones, read the safety booklet and the operating manual carefully. This is the only way to use all functions safely and reliably.

2. Battery and charging instructions
Caution – Risk of explosion and fire!
The headphones contain a built-in lithium-polymer battery (240 mAh). Lithium batteries can explode if handled improperly.

Do not heat or burn the battery.

Do not open, puncture, or damage the battery.

Do not expose batteries or rechargeable batteries to direct sunlight.

Only charge the battery at an ambient temperature of 10–45 °C.

Do not use the headphones in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Health hazard due to leaked battery acid:
Leaked battery acid can cause chemical burns. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.

Charging:
Charge the headphones exclusively via the USB-C port using a suitable charger (minimum power 2.5 W, maximum 3 W). Use only undamaged USB-C cables. A USB-C charger is not included in the scope of delivery.

3. Hearing protection
High volume levels over a long period can permanently damage your hearing. Start at a low volume and increase it gradually. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) is not certified hearing protection. The REAL BLUE NC 3 has a higher maximum level than its predecessor – be especially careful when using it at high volume for extended periods.

4. Impaired perception
Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) can significantly reduce ambient noise. Do not wear the headphones in traffic (driving, cycling, railway crossings) or when operating machinery where your full attention is required. Use Transparency or Conversation mode to perceive your surroundings – however, it does not replace your natural attentiveness.

Note: The REAL BLUE NC 3 is not splash-proof. Do not use it in the rain or in humid environments.

5. Interference from radio waves
Radio waves can impair the function of other sensitive, unprotected devices. Only use the headphones in environments where the use of Bluetooth is permitted.

Medical implants:
The headphones contain magnets that may interfere with the operation of pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, or other implanted medical devices. Maintain a safety distance of at least 15 cm. If in doubt, consult your doctor or the manufacturer of your implant.

6. Risk of damage and handling
Protect your headphones from:

Wetness and humidity

Heat (e.g., in a car during summer)

Mechanical influences (strong shocks, pressure, dropping)

Cables: When unplugging the connection cable, always hold the plug. Do not pull on the cable.

7. Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the ear pads and the headband with a soft, dry cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents, as they can damage the delicate surface. The ear pads are replaceable – please refer to the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Software and data protection
The Teufel Go app collects usage and setting data. For information on data processing, please refer to Teufel's privacy policy. Always keep the headphone firmware up to date via the app to close security gaps.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights (24 months in the EU) as well as the Teufel manufacturer's warranty apply. For details, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

10. Disposal (WEEE & Battery Act)
Old electronic equipment and the included batteries must not be disposed of with household waste (crossed-out wheeled bin symbol). At the end of its service life, take the headphones to a municipal collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment. The built-in lithium-polymer battery will be professionally removed and recycled there.
