Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany)and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Greenland, Faroe Islands, Åland, French overseas territories, Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino, Netherlands overseas territories, Azores, Madeira, Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2 - 4 days, and international deliveries within 5 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
