Teufel ROCKSTER GO 2 – Powerful sound. Anywhere.

Whether sandboarding on the Atlantic, playing a night match at the local pitch, or at a spontaneous pool party – when your adventures begin, the sound should match. The ROCKSTER GO 2 is the compact, waterproof Bluetooth stereo speaker with powerful sound and the successor to the popular ROCKSTER GO. Thanks to its IP67 rating for protection against dust and water (even when submerged), its robust housing, and long-lasting battery, it is always ready for your discoveries.

Its acoustics, developed in Berlin, feature a slanted design that ensures wide dispersion angles for the 2 full-range aluminum drivers. In the center, a passive bass membrane supports the low end – for an overall warmer and clearer sound profile. In addition, Dynamore® can be activated, which virtually widens the stereo stage. Dynamic Bass ensures optimal low-end frequencies, and the sound can be individually customized via the Teufel Go App.

With Party Link, you can wirelessly connect up to 100 ROCKSTER GO 2, ROCKSTER 2/NEO, CROSS 2, or MYND speakers – for a massive soundscape. Stereo playback (left/right) is possible using two ROCKSTER GO 2s. Thanks to Bluetooth with AAC, you can enjoy near-lossless music streaming, and Google Fast Pair with device search option makes connecting a breeze. Playback via USB-C cable is possible using the USB sound card feature.

Teufel ROCKSTER GO 2

1. Intended use
The ROCKSTER GO 2 is a mobile Bluetooth stereo speaker designed for the playback of audio signals transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth, via USB-C, or via the USB sound card from an external device. It is intended exclusively for private use. Any other use or use beyond the scope described is considered improper and may lead to damage to the product or injuries.

Note: Read the safety booklet and the operating manual carefully before using the speaker.

2. Battery and charging instructions
Caution – Risk of explosion and fire!
The speaker contains a non-replaceable lithium-ion battery. Lithium batteries can explode if handled improperly.

Do not heat or burn the battery.

Do not open, puncture, or damage the battery.

Do not expose the battery to direct sunlight.

Only charge the battery at an ambient temperature of 10–45 °C.

Do not use the speaker in potentially explosive areas.

Health hazard due to leaked battery acid:
Leaked battery acid can cause chemical burns. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clear water and consult a doctor if necessary.

Charging:
Only charge the ROCKSTER GO 2 via the USB-C port using the supplied USB-C cable and a suitable charger. Use only undamaged cables.

3. Hearing protection
High volume levels over a long period can cause permanent hearing damage. Start at a low volume and increase it gradually. Do not operate the speaker in the immediate vicinity of your hearing (e.g., directly at the ear).

Warning: The ROCKSTER GO 2 is designed for outdoor use. Ensure that other people in the vicinity are not disturbed by excessive volume. Legal quiet periods must be observed.

4. Water and dust protection (IP67)
The ROCKSTER GO 2 is dustproof and waterproof according to IP67 and can withstand submersion in fresh water up to a depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. However, the protection is not permanent – it can be impaired by normal wear and tear, drops, repairs, or opening the device.

Not suitable for salt water, chlorinated water, soapy water, or other liquids.

Not suitable for operation in hot springs or at extreme temperatures.

After contact with salt water: Rinse with clear fresh water and let dry.

Important: Before charging, the USB-C port must be completely dry – otherwise, there is a risk of a short circuit.

Note: Liquid damage is generally excluded from the warranty if caused by improper use.

5. Setup and operation
Place the speaker on a stable, level surface so that it cannot fall.

Do not operate the speaker near heat sources (radiators, direct sunlight, open fire).

Keep the ventilation slots clear.

When using the 1/4-inch thread (e.g., for tripods, mounts), ensure that the speaker is securely attached and cannot fall.

Note: The speaker is not suitable for permanent outdoor use under extreme weather conditions (e.g., continuous rain, frost).

6. Interference from radio waves
Radio waves can impair the function of other sensitive, unprotected devices. Only use the speaker in environments where the use of Bluetooth is permitted.

Medical implants:
The speaker contains magnets that can interfere with the operation of pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, or other implanted medical devices. Keep a safety distance of at least 15 cm. In case of doubt, consult your doctor or the manufacturer of your implant.

7. Cleaning and care
Clean the speaker only with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents, or abrasive sponges – these can damage the housing or the surface.

Do not immerse in water for cleaning – even if the speaker is waterproof, water can enter the charging port and cause damage.

Before cleaning: Switch off the device and disconnect it from the charger.

8. Software and data protection
The Teufel Go app collects usage and setting data. Please refer to Teufel's data protection information for details on data processing. Keep the speaker's firmware up to date via the app to close security gaps.

9. Repair, warranty, and disposal
Repair: Do not open the speaker – it contains no user-serviceable parts. Repairs may only be carried out by authorized specialist personnel.
